We will be utilizing several areas within the Gaylord National’s conference space for education sessions, and networking. You will have an opportunity to download the conference mobile app about a week prior to your arrival. Within the app, we will have a maps section that will have all the dedicated spaces outlined.

Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to arrival are forfeit one night’s fee.

Gaylord National Parking
OMA Attendees are eligible to receive a 10% discount on self-parking at the Gaylord National during the conference.
If you are staying at the Gaylord National, the discount and fees will be applied to your hotel folio.
If you are driving, OMA will supply a voucher at registration. The voucher will be scanned as you exit and pay for parking each day.
Travel Options In and Around National Harbor
National Harbor Circulator Bus:
As part of your stay at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, hotel guest can ride the National Harbor Circulator bus for free. This bus runs daily and can take visitors to MGM, Tanger Outlets and the National Harbor Waterfront. Guests simply present your room key and enjoy the ride. Tickets cost $10 for non-hotel guests.
